A child who is ready with verbal multiples of 5 can visualize the clock in the prop designed as a learning material.

Child need to be prompted to say the multiple of 5 after seeing the second factor on the clock dial. This will help the brain to visualize the multiples on the sight of the second factor after repeated practice.

Prompt the child to read the number pointed by the shot hand of the clock followed by the corresponding multiple of the number pointed by the long hand of the clock.

Practise makes things perfect. However an intermittent reinforcement are needed for effective training.
